Returns
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back. Any products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please examine your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Please note that discounted or sale items, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product and, once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
